Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation, enter your email address, and you'll receive a verification code. Enter the code to complete your registration. You can then join an organization using a class code or create your own workspace.
WhyMe LMS is a multi-tenant platform, meaning each organization (university, company, school) has its own isolated workspace with separate courses, users, and settings. When you sign up, you can join an existing organization or request to create a new one.
Ask your instructor or admin for the organization's class code. Go to "Join Class" from the homepage, enter the code, and you'll be added to the organization as a student.
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page, enter your email, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires in 1 hour for security.
Browse available courses in the "Catalog" section. Click on any course to view details, then click "Enroll" to join. Free courses can be enrolled instantly, while paid courses require payment.
WhyMe LMS automatically tracks your progress as you complete lessons. Each lesson marks as complete when you finish watching videos or reading content. You can view your overall progress in the "My Progress" dashboard.
Instructors can attach downloadable materials to lessons. When available, you'll see a "Materials" section in each lesson where you can download PDFs, documents, and other resources.
Some lessons include quizzes to test your understanding. Quizzes may be optional or required to proceed. You'll see your score immediately after submission, and you can retake quizzes if the instructor allows it.
When you complete all required lessons and pass mandatory quizzes in a course, you'll automatically receive a certificate. You can download or share your certificates from the "Certificates" section in your dashboard.
WhyMe's AI Knowledge Engine uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to answer your questions based on course materials and uploaded documents. It provides accurate, cited answers from your organization's knowledge base.
Navigate to "Ask AI" in your dashboard and type your question. The AI will search through relevant documents and provide an answer with source citations. You can click on citations to see the original content.
Citations show you exactly where the information comes from, ensuring transparency and allowing you to verify answers. This helps you trust the information and dive deeper into source materials when needed.
The AI can only answer questions based on materials uploaded to your organization's knowledge base. It won't answer questions outside this scope to ensure accuracy and relevance to your courses.
Go to "My Courses" in the Teaching section and click "Create Course." Fill in the course details including title, description, category, and pricing. You can then add lessons, upload materials, and create quizzes.
Navigate to "Documents" in your dashboard. You can upload PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints, and more. Documents are automatically processed and made searchable by the AI system.
Yes! The "Analytics" dashboard shows you enrollment numbers, completion rates, quiz scores, and student progress for all your courses. You can identify which lessons students struggle with and improve your content.
From your course management page, you can view all enrolled students, their progress, and quiz scores. Admins can also manage enrollments at the organization level.
Click on your name in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings." You can update your name, profile picture, and notification preferences.

Yes. WhyMe LMS uses industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and follows FERPA compliance guidelines for educational data. Your data is isolated within your organization and never shared.
