• Certificate generation
• Analytics and reporting

User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

• Students: Enroll in courses, access learning materials, use AI Knowledge Engine
• Instructors: Create courses, upload documents, view student analytics
• Administrators: Manage organization settings, users, and content

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

AI Knowledge Engine Terms

Our AI Knowledge Engine uses advanced language models to answer questions based on your organization's documents. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated based on uploaded documents and may not always be accurate
• You should verify critical information from original sources
• AI responses include citations to help you verify information
• The AI is limited to your organization's knowledge base
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Security of data beyond reasonable measures

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHYMELABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
